AIRPORT GROUND STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE

(FOR GROUND HOSTESS & TRAFFIC ASSISTANT)

Eligibility :

(a)  Age :- 18 to 30 years. NO SEX BAR.
(b)  Educational Qualification :- H.S.C. (10+2) Pass any stream.
(c)  Height : - Minimum 5 feet
(d)  Weight :- In proportion to age and height.
(e)  Vision :- Normal (Contact Lenses acceptable)t.

Duration : 3 months

Syllabus will be same as of In-flight Management and Services Course for Air hostess and flight purser except Paragraph (C). Instead of paragraph (C) , candidates for Airport Ground Staff and Customer Service Course will be taught and trained for handling of passenger and baggage at the airport which includes Passenger Check in, Baggage Registration, Passenger's Air ticket, Issue of Boarding pass, Terminal Announcements, Safety & Security aspects etc.
